Website conditions

Website Terms of Use

The conditions that apply when you browse the NGC Immigration Services Inc. website or submit an initial inquiry.

Effective and last reviewed: July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the NGC Immigration Services Inc. website. By using the website, you acknowledge these Terms. Submitting an inquiry requires separate express privacy consent and acknowledgement of these Terms and the Immigration Information Disclaimer.

The website provides general information about NGC Immigration Services Inc. and a way to send an initial inquiry. It does not sell services, collect online payments, or book an immediate consultation.

2. Professional identity and regulation

NGC Immigration Services Inc. is a solo-run Ontario immigration consulting practice. Verified consultant, designation, corporation, licence, and public-register information appears in the professional identity panel on this page.

NGC Immigration Services Inc. is independent. It is not part of, affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of IRCC, the Government of Canada, a province, or another government body. NGC Immigration Services Inc. has no special access to decision-makers and cannot influence processing or outcomes.

3. No professional relationship from website use

Browsing the website, following a link, sending an email, or submitting the inquiry form does not create a consultant-client relationship, retain NGC Immigration Services Inc., provide individualized advice, or guarantee that NGC Immigration Services Inc. will accept the matter.

Before an initial professional consultation, the CICC Code requires a written consultation agreement. Before further immigration or citizenship consulting services, a written service agreement is required. Those agreements define scope, instructions, fees, disbursements, refunds, confidentiality, complaints, file handling, and termination.

NGC Immigration Services Inc. may review, decline, or redirect an inquiry. If no written agreement is offered or signed, you remain responsible for protecting your status, rights, and deadlines and for seeking other assistance where needed.

4. Young people and authority to inquire

A person under 13 should normally have a parent or legal guardian submit the inquiry. A person aged 13–17 may submit only a limited initial inquiry in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Submission by a parent, relative, sponsor, employer, or other person does not determine who the client will be or authorize that person to instruct NGC Immigration Services Inc. Client identity, capacity, authority, confidentiality, and conflicts will be properly assessed and verified separately by NGC Immigration Services Inc.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use the website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate informational or inquiry purposes.
  • Provide information that is truthful to the best of your knowledge and do not impersonate another person.
  • Do not submit another person’s information without appropriate authority.
  • Do not send malicious code, interfere with security, overwhelm the form, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping that disrupts the website.
  • Do not submit prohibited sensitive identifiers, documents, or extensive personal records through the inquiry form.
  • Do not reproduce or present NGC Immigration Services Inc. content in a misleading way or imply a government or professional endorsement that does not exist.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s original text, design, layout, brand elements, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to NGC Immigration Services Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view, print, or save reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial information. You may not republish, sell, remove ownership notices, create misleading derivatives, or use NGC Immigration Services Inc. branding without prior written permission, except where the law permits.

8. Availability, accuracy, and security

NGC Immigration Services Inc. aims to maintain a useful and accessible website but does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every page will always reflect the latest law, policy, program, form, or procedure.

NGC Immigration Services Inc. may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content without notice. No internet transmission or email system is completely secure. Use the inquiry form only for the limited information it requests.

9. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, NGC Immigration Services Inc. is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content, delayed or failed delivery of an inquiry, external website content, or circumstances outside NGC Immigration Services Inc.’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, gross negligence, breach of professional or privacy obligations, or any statutory, consumer, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Professional rights are governed separately

If NGC Immigration Services Inc. and a client sign a consultation or service agreement, their rights and responsibilities arise from that agreement, the CICC Code, applicable legislation, and other mandatory rules. These Terms do not give NGC Immigration Services Inc. a right to withdraw contrary to the Code and do not reduce a client’s rights concerning competence, confidentiality, conflicts, fees, complaints, files, funds, or termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada. Mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights that apply to you are not displaced merely because these Terms select Ontario law. These Terms do not require private arbitration.

12. General provisions and changes

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms; NGC Immigration Services Inc. may transfer website operations as part of a lawful business reorganization while remaining subject to applicable privacy and professional duties.

NGC Immigration Services Inc. may update these Terms. The effective and last-reviewed date appears near the beginning. Continued use after publication of revised Terms is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

13. No online service contract

These Terms do not state consultation fees, professional-service fees, payment schedules, or refund terms because the website does not currently create an online service contract. Before adding online purchases, deposits, or bookings, NGC Immigration Services Inc. must review the flow and disclosures under Ontario consumer-protection rules and the CICC Code.

Official legal and professional sources

These website documents support transparency and compliance but do not replace individualized legal review or a signed professional agreement.
